Gluten Who?
When Sarah found out at age 14 that she had Celiac Disease, she was very concerned. “…Isn’t that bread?” She thought to herself. It took years of trial and error to get used to this new way of looking at food. After high school, she went on to culinary school to learn that she could still look forward to delicious baked goods, despite not being able to consume gluten. Baking and sharing gluten-free treats has become a huge passion of hers, and thus, Sarah’s Gluten Free Bakeshop was born.
